Your main responsibilities will include:
- Reception duties such as answering the phone and greeting walk-in customers
- Corresponding with a wide range of stakeholders
- Assist setting up events
- Event management support such as printing name tags
- Write newsletter and social media posts
- Provide support to the marketing team

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate initiative and motivation
- Knowledge of Microsoft software
- Strong interest in the community
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of Word Press desirable but not essential
- Drivers licence and own vehicle desirable but not essential
