Our client; a National Leader in the Manufacturing of custom moulding now have an exciting opportunity for an INJECTION MOULDING / DIE SETTER / TROUBLE SHOOTER TECHNICIAN to join their growing team. You will have the opportunitiy to work in a state of the art Factory and work for a LOCAL company.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Die-setting moulding machines ranging from 15T up to 3500T presses [Open loop & Closed loop]
- Technical knowledge of various polymers and co-polymers
- Quality assurance and control
- Advanced manufacturing processes
- APQP Knowledge is advantageous [ PCP, PFMEA, Gauge R&R, GD&T & Validation]
Pre-screening requirements may include working rights checks, drug and alcohol screening and pre-employment medicals.
