The role involves more than your typical day to day accounting; you will have the ability to look at the big picture and be a key driver in the roll out of developing efficiencies across the company along with the two other accountants within the team.
Ideally you will have three to five years' experience in accounting, with a strong understanding around financial reporting and end of month preparation/analysis. You will be liaising with Managers across the seven branches, so communication is key along with the ability to develop solid relationships.

In a perfect world you would be CA or CPA qualified, however if this something you are working towards, the company have budgeted for personal development and training.
